Experience Required : 4-5 years of relevant experience
(Strong knowledge of Network & Server Administration and User Support)
Job Description:
Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of network, servers and peripheral devices
Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standard in support of network procurement and development efforts
Provide assistance in managing security solutions, including firewall and anti-virus solutions
Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information
Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions and access rights
Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports
Recommend / Implement enhancements / modifications in the existing LAN / WAN and hardware to meet the company?s requirements
Support and manage (voice and data) between head office, sites and vendors
Troubleshoot and solve network, hardware, and software problems at site and / or remote locations
Backup of all user directories and provide assistance for user backups.
Maintain up to date inventory of IT assets
