  • Job Specification:
  • Experience:Fresh to 1 years.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SLCP, Higg FSLM/FEM, SEDEX, WRAP, BSCI, ISO Standards 9001, 14001, and 45001, as well as C-TPAT.
  • Education: Must hold a graduate degree, preferably in Environmental Sciences.
  • Certifications: IOSH, NEBOSH, or any relevant ISO standards certifications is plus point.

  • Managing social and technical compliance documentation.
  • Arranging and conducting compliance training sessions and maintaining related records.
  • Conducting periodic internal audits and maintaining the necessary documentation.
  • Managing documentation related to compliance standards.
  • Organizing and documenting social compliance meetings.
  • Preparing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for external audits and ensuring evidence is recorded.
  • Managing compliance-related sustainable portals.
  • Handling and arranging social compliance-related requests and approvals.
