Experience: 6 - 8 Years
- Qualification: MBA HR/MHRM/LLB or other relevant degree from HEC recognized university.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- The candidate will be in authority to perform the following responsibilities:
- Lead & Assist in social audits, Wrap, Sedex, BSCI, SA 8000, STPAT & customers audits etc.
- Update CAPs (corrective action plan) on customer portal & ensure its implementation.
- Developing, implementing and managing an organization?s compliance standard.
- Preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Board.
- Interacting with regulators on compliance issues.
